Returns & Exchanges

We will only accept products that have not been used, are not damaged, have not been washed, are in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and original packaging.

After having inspected your exchange/return and confirmed that it is in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to send you a credit or gift card for the value of the purchase to spend on the website without an expiration date.

The customer will have 21 days from receiving the order to send it back, the return of the order is at the customer's expense.

For health reasons, we ask you to try the swimwear over your underwear. We do not accept returns of items that show signs of having been used, are dirty or damaged.

• How do I return a product?

To exchange or return a product (for store credit), send it in its original packaging, unused and with its respective label.

In turn, through the form found in the "contact" section you can send us an email along with your order number to process and authorize the exchange/return as soon as possible. You can also contact us via WhatsApp +971581763407.

*Buyers will be responsible for paying applicable customs duties and tariffs, Econaked Swimwear is not responsible for delays due to customs procedures.

• When will I get my credit or gift card?

Once we receive your return, it has been inspected by our team, you will receive an email / WhatsApp (within a maximum of 48 business hours) with your code to use on the website without an expiration date.

• How do I use a promotional code/credit/gift card?

During the checkout of your purchase, you will see the option to enter a discount code in a section called "gift card/promotional code", once you have entered said code you just have to accept/apply.

The credit used will be subtracted from the total price of your gift card/credit or, on the contrary, the discount of said credit/gift card/promotional code will be applied, leaving you to pay the remaining difference (if there are not enough credits).
